RIVCO became a locally-owned company again in November 2005, when the management team bought it back from the previous owners. According to RIVCO President and CEO Lynn Bartley, the move will ensure “a continuation of the dedicated service we provide to our valued customers, and long-term stability for our associates."
The new ownership team includes Bartley, Operations VP Armand Plourde, Marketing & Business Development VP Don Bealko, Sales VP Richard Hinch and CFO Timothy Larkin. Between them, they have far more than 100 years experience in the building products industry.
Founded in 1962, RIVCO is one of New England’s largest producers and wholesale distributors of building materials sold directly to the contractor trade. We produce product locally at production facilities in Penacook and Nashua, NH, and represent nationally-branded products in all product categories.

RIVCO recently expanded the Design Center at its corporate
headquarters in Penacook, NH. The renovated Design Center includes
14 new kitchen displays in 1,300 square feet of showroom, along
with many window, door and custom millwork displays.
Kitchen displays include products from MasterBrand Cabinets, the second largest
supplier of kitchens in the United States. Aristokraft cabinets from MasterBrand,
recently recognized with the Good Housekeeping Seal, are prominently featured.
Also on display are cabinets from the semi-custom Decora line in a wide range
of styles and wood species; and new Diamond cabinets, including stunning curved-front
cabinets.

RIVCO Makes A Good Impression - 4.10.02
Impression mirror doors, from DoorCraft, have been added to the interior door
offerings available from RIVCO.
These beautiful new doors showcase a beveled mirror that visually enlarges
bedrooms, bathrooms and closet areas. The second side features a classic Colonial
or Bostonian six-panel design.
Impression doors are constructed with a triple laminated veneer lumber stile
for superior stability, which virtually eliminates bowing. The mirror is impact-resistant

and remodelers during 2002. From its beginnings as a local manufacturer of
millwork and windows then known as Riverside Millwork Corporation, with a
small plant beside the Merrimack River in Penacook, New Hampshire, RIVCO
